What was the highlight of Stanhope Hotel by Thon Hotels
This is a classy friendly hotel located in mid of town.
The breakfast was high end, classy, the waiters were lovely, Mr Jalal, was the most charming, helpful smiling waiter. The staff in general were friendly. The room was comfortable and the hotel location was perfect.

Gorgeous and comfortable hotel, delicious extensive breakfast, VERY friendly and helpful staff!!!! breakfast
I loved loved loved it!!!! The staff was soooooo incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us with dinner, taxi and train reservations as well as with other helpful information. Marta went above and beyond but EVERYONE was friendly and professional! And I loved our room (the decor, the size, the light), the breakfast buffet (REALLY great fresh fruit, smoothies, the best scrambled eggs I have ever had, just about any other breakfast item you could think of), the wonderful restaurant, and, again, the lovable staff. I definitely want to come back!!!!!!

What was the highlight of Stanhope Hotel by Thon Hotels
Could have been better
Clean and comfortable, nice staff
2 out of 3 cups of tea at breakfast were warm, not hot. I asked for a hot one for the second cup. It happens often when the water is not boiled in a kettle. Tea needs 95 degrees! Also there was a mix up with my bill and I was asked at first to pay 2 breakfasts although I was a solo traveler and had already paid for breakfast. For over €250 a night this was a bit much.

An excellent choice
Ideal location. Offered an upgrade which improved things even more. Interesting offer of €5 voucher for giving up a day’s room clean. Good facilities generally.
Noisy neighbours - soundproofing could have been better.
